1. Handmade & Paint-Your-Own Items
All items are handmade, so occasional variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur. This is part of the charm of unique, handmade products!

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the item(s) and packaging
We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or suitable solution.
Please note:
• Damage claims after 48 hours cannot be guaranteed a resolution
• Additional items beyond the original order cannot be provided free of charge

3. Delivery & Delays
Delivery is handled by the courier once your order is dispatched. Occasional delays can happen due to:
• Severe weather
• Postal or courier disruptions
• High seasonal demand
Tip: Order in advance for events to allow extra time for delivery.

You can add items to your order before it is dispatched at your cost. Sending items together will not incur extra postage.
We cannot provide additional items free of charge beyond your original order.
