🚚 Delivery Information

All of our Paint Your Own items are carefully handmade and packed with love before being dispatched.

Orders are sent Monday to Friday via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of receiving your order. Occasionally we do send orders out Saturday too. 

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Please note that while Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a fast service, delivery times are estimated and can occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as adverse weather, postal disruptions, or busy seasonal periods. If you’re ordering for a special occasion, we always recommend allowing a little extra time for delivery.

 

If you need your items by a certain date please let us know in the notes on your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
